How to become a State Contracts Customer
This section is only applicable if your organisation is not currently registered as a State Contracts customer.
To register as a new customer, visit Purchasing for Government. You can complete the process online.
Once approved, you will be advised of your NSWBUY Identification Number and are then eligible to use any of the state contracts administered by NSW Procurement. Please be aware this registration process may take approximately 8 weeks.

Diners Account Close Process
Process Steps
As your travel expenditure has now transitioned over to American Express and all transactions will flow through this account, it is time to close your Diners Account.
Please follow the steps below to close your account/s
- Email Diners notifying you would like to close your accounts, stating the following
- Parent Name of the account – Account Name e.g NSW Police
- Be clear if there are any accounts under the Parent Account that you are not closing
- Be clear if there are multiple Parent Accounts you are closing (key is the CarlsonWagonlit Travel CFA number = separate Parent Names)
